Hiya

Are we having a meet at carbrook on the 3rd July with a run out to somewhere?

Thought i heard Matlock mentioned, but not sure!

If this is a yes, does anyone have any better details?

I will be there anyway, so will start by putting my name down!

Yes course we are Kath

And as long as the weather holds out then we will be having a run.

This run is "My Matlock Run"....... , and its gonna be a good one....


Planning a route at the end of this week, which will probably take us about an hour to get there, and will be fun.


Usual, meet for about 7.30pm, leave at 8pm...

The run back will be shorter and quicker and coming home the direct route...

Right....

I did the Matlock run last night (the scenic route) and its a great run...

But it does take about 1hr to 1hr 15mins to get there from Hillsborough going the country route, probably 1hr 30mins from Carbrook, so are you still all ok with it taking that time to get there ?


Or would you rather go the quicker way which would take about 1hr tops, from Carbrook, and takes you through Chatsworth House grounds ?

Don't really mind mate, the chatsworth run is good - however the A6 is capped at 40 or 50 mph from Rowsley to Matlock.

I'll leave the choice upto you mate.

i will be coming to the first part of the meet at the carbrook, but wont be joining you on the run to matlock unfortunately. Car drank a lot of petrol yesterday, and also on earlies at work this week.
