If you have not come out of pocket on this then dont bother as they could make your life a misery!
Had this about 8 years ago complained and i was been stopped for spot checks every 2 weeks!

From advice on here, if you complain, your going to get even more grief, if you do nothing, then this **** of a copper goes about his business as normal. Your call adam, do nothing, live quietly, do something, get hassled.
