re-mapped and de-catted wrx will give you much better power and fuel consumption than a wrx ppp.
a uk wrx ppp will be the same power as a jap import wrx both around 260 ish.
if you get a mapped one try to see if you can get one that has had bigger injectors, de-cat down and up pipes and something like a vf34/35 fitted should be around 340bhp then.
you won't have to spend on upgrades then !!!!
good luck with your sale and finding a new car.

seen a few bugs ill only have about £4000. hope i can get a remapped one for that price. theres to many classics flying about near me now thats why im selling.

cheers neil & craig . i want one with a version 8 high spoiler on and remapped if possible. got 4k to spend so dont know what that will get me.
