Surely it depends on a few variables

How much space you have?

How much you value your time? (whether you enjoy working on cars)

How much you need the money?

How much the car costs, how much the parts are worth, how mechanically competent you are, i.e. will it take you 3 hours to take a wheel off.

IV got the space and time, modicum of ability , Just seems slightly mad to ditch this one for scrap , the rest of it is sound. It's only worth 2k though in best nick all running

Scrap prices are low again at the moment. I think the difference you'd get price wise between selling it as a runner or selling it in bits would be minimal, depends how much you need the dosh I suppose.
