Had an 05 Tourer (mapped) and it was absolutely fantastic, absolute chalk cheese to my Scoob.
Pro's:
* Quicker than most 'stock' things on the road
* Comfy/Refined
* MPG in the high 30's
* Stealthy when de badged![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
* Load Lugging ability
Cons:
* All auto so you don't feel like your driving it more piloting a very fast space ship
* Very heavy so handling and braking aren't the best though still acceptable for such a large car
* I went through a set of rears in 4 months
* Potentially large bill should anything go pop
* Bit 'numb'

You rang?
Love mine. Get a LCI model (life cycle impulse / update) if you can spend a bit extra. Think they were 08 onwards. Has the better 6 speed ZF auto with the option of sport mode which gives you a sport button
(holds gears to higher revs, faster changes, sharper throttle, tightens steering) and flappy paddles to change gear with.
Other essentials are the Visibility pack - adaptive Xenon headlights + washers, at least business navigation though professional is better still, leather seats, and any other goodies you can find.

Ive driven tens of them, love them, but chose the 635d instead for myself so the M5 can stay tucked away where it cant reach any damn fuel pumps!
Virtually the same car in a very different layout, far prefer this setup in the GT platform.
