Go for Supra m8, have just picked up my GT4 and the performance is amazing
Had alot of mods done ie Superchip, Mongoose s/s etc and goes like stink. Tested the engine out yesterday against an Evo VI and had fun.
God knows what the Supra is capable of....but I known one thing, you'll have alot of fun if you can keep your licence.

Lancia Integrale any day
they are so individual and are such a driving experience. I doubt that the supra could match that and the only real thing the supra would do is be really fast in a straight line. The Integrale is a classic now and Values can only go up too
Cross country the Lancia would have it wet or dry ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

[flame suit on]Jap cars tend to lack character and seem too plastic at times. Just my opinion![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Haha Jap cars lack character, sure for boycotting purposes, some nutter said that and now everybody repeats after him.
Sure a Japanese engineer that spent his whole youth in Tokyo reading Mazinger mangas, playing with hi-tech toys in a world of hi-tech/gadget items can not create a car with such a character as a regular Italian living on his olive-tree mountain.....
Having said that, go for the Supra of course...this question was a no-brainer...next!!!

Depends if you want finesse or grunt.
The Supra is a big car that goes very fast, handles well, can be tuned to give silly power
The Integrale is a small involving car with bags of feedback. It hasn't got as much power (but 210bhp is not to be sneezed at)but the handling would more than make up for it, except on a dead straight road maybe.
If power is your thing go for the Supra if you get a kick out of "driving", go for the Integrale.
No sod it buy the Integrale they look the mutts.![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Supras are cool but RWD, ie you can slide like mad, do donuts easier than with a AWD.
Delta is too old and **** quality, but an excellent driver's car.
A Lancer Evolution 5 or 6 RS would be the only better choice in terms of performance and driver involvement.

Go for the Integrale, i've had 3 of em' an 8 valve (The first Grale') an Evo 1 and then Evo 2 - all superb drivers cars plus a lot more 'soul' and feedback than my Scoob, BUT they are a bit unreliable and servicing and parts are V.expensive, not many good one's left though now (wish i'd kept my Evo 2). If you do go for one try to get Evo 2 Dealer collection as these hold their money best, ignore anything advertised as Evo 3 as it does not exist period. Models are as follows :-
1987 - 1989 8 Valve
1989 - 1991 16 Valve
1992 - 1993 Evo 1
1993 - 1995 Evo 2 (Kat)
1995/96 - Dealer collections (Evo 2's)
Some Evo 1's have 8 Valve engines - steer clear of these as they were built mainly for Swiss market due to emissions regulations.
As for the Supra - They handle like a skool bus with a puncture..

if you get a supra ignore MattN
and get a manual - much quicker (6 ratios vs 4) and do modify it a little, at circa 400 bhp they are loads of fun (though scary in the wet!). Definitely worth upgrading the traction control too...

I had a G reg intergrale running over 300 bhp and blew the head gasket at 150 mph but you wont believe this. The cambelt jumped 4 x teeth and didn`t bend a valve. Still cost about £800

It was really touch-and-go 4 years ago between the EVO2 and the Scooby. I ended up ordering the scoob......but still love the look of the evo2....soooo rare....never seen one on the road !!! Its a shame the wheel is on the wrong side though ![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)

The wheel's only on the 'wrong' side if you're in the UK and if the roads aren't clear - v easy to get used to, and when you come over to the continent for some non-gatso'd real roads it will make a lot of sense.
I've driven LH drivers in UK, and had a RHD BMW over here in Amsterdam for 3 months. After a while (and if the car is quick enough) it stops being an issue completely!
I think that when I come back to live in the UK I'll be thinking v seriously about making a saving on a 911 by buying a LHD one...

Spend 15k on a nearly new STi V5 and yo won't regret it.
Extremely reliable and strong with cheap parts.
Makes average drivers look brilliant.
0-60 in under 5 secs with no mods, wet or dry.
Big boot, less servicing needs than Evo, better cruiser for motorways etc.
Top pf the tree when u take inbto account all the day to day requirements of a car.
