They make it out to be such a big scoop with all the pics, but I had those exact same pics in a info pack from a dealer back in April, FFS!
Do like the look of it though, and if the local dealer gets a demo, I'll be straight there.

Interesting comment R5obbo..... My copy of yesterday's Autocar says:-
'...Ford is putting the finishing touches to its official RS performance figures, but claims acceleration times not far short of a Subaru Impreza WRX's....' The figures they quote are Autocar's results for the MY01 WRX.

There was a press launch (sort of) last Saturday at Ford Racing in Gaydon where the car was previewed.
One of me mates went (frp on here) and he said there was very little difference between the car that will be sold and the earlier prototypes. Except that the steering wheel is now on the right

It also says that darts from side to side and is virtually impossible to control!!, I thought that was what they used to call torque steer?, however Autocar goes on to praise the handling??
