Silverstrike, never had a 106 but I've had the 309 and 205, you're on the right lines of thinking there.
Full Koni set-up all round is a good start, poly-bushes add a little extra but remember they will make road driving harsher, the torsion bar and rear anti-roll bar can be uprated with Peugeot sport parts I believe, and AFAIK they make a big difference, front anti-roll bar and front strut brace tighten things up further at the front. After that you're looking at ecentric top mounts and/or coilovers on the front then your talking big ££££ and a lot of set-up time to get it right.
Think you might struggle to get a rear strut brace though due to the fact theres nowhere to bolt it to
John.
