Question 911 Carrera CS - Info required.

I've just been to look at one of these and I want it, however before I part with any cash I would like some more info. I know
someone who frequents this board owns or has owned on of these babies. I need your help. please.

I can tell you a fair bit.

In a nutshell-

53 RHD UK cars produced, all but one were white.

Engine a blueprinted 3.2, power stated same as normal 3.2 at 231bhp, although 240-245bhp is widely accepted on the CS. Higher rev limit- 6840 vs 6250. Crankcase & heads are stamped SP & hollow inlet valves used. 200bhp/tonne.

Bilstein suspension, LSD, sports seats as standard

Lots of lardy crap thrown in the bin ie sunroof, underseal, rear seats, fog lamps, revised & simpler heater set up) & weight down to 1160kg- 50kg less than basic 3.2, 100kg less if the 3.2 had a few toys.

Hope that helps.
