How to : pull back Focus passenger side footwell carpet
hi
my focus got all wet inside do to the filter not being fitted correctly.
Does anyone know all the clips/screws that i need to undo to get the carpet up to dry under it?
If not, do u know where to look to find out?
its a MY03 Focus...

If the pollen filter was fitted incorrectly by a Ford dealer when serviced, they will remove and dry carpet for free if you request it - must be the servicing dealer though obviously.
So says wife who is service reception manager at big Ford dealer - not common but not unheard of apparently.
Cheers,
Phil

thanks phil
it was done at a ford service
first one infact
same dealer network but different garage cleaned the car for me and fixed the broken cowling.
they didnt take back the carpet tho - saying that if I smell something to turn up and they will have another look.
u cant smell anything, but i am not sure that it will be dry under there - so i was gonna take it up myself.
suppose i should really just ask them to.
will think on it
