blimey-
had a play with a cerbera yesterday on the way down the M1 to pod, and an S8 on the way home via melton...
blimey- those cerberas are rapid @ 100+ I got out of the way sharpish..
and as for the audi... well; lets just say I know which car I want when/if I tire of the scoob..
altho was very very funny to see him lose ground once we got into 'twisty' country on the Broads nr langham big barge vs small rice mobile = no contest
however, in terms of the straight line performance he would have raped and eaten me for breakfast! (my car is 300+) very very impressive.
fwiw, did a top marque search today, and they have S8's from around 10K !! and tidy ones around 17k!! hmmmmmmm
and and a few Rs4's for 26000 with 45000 miles on it!!

My old man sold his S8 for an RS4 which he still owns today. The RS4 would simply murder the S8 in a straight line, and round the twisty's well...........
He won't get rid of the 4, he's tried RS6's and all sorts, but nothing can beat it (In his humble opinion anyway!!)

eheh- no!!! S8 looked Mahoosive in my rear view mirror- then again maybe that was due to him being about 3 inches off my rear bumper.. maybe I should have stamped on the brakes? ... nah- need the car
the cerbera was actually being driven bloody dangerously.. weaving in and out of traffic at well over a ton
altho he had some serious pace..

I wouldn't stamp on the brakes.....but touching the pedal to light the brake light for a split second without physically applying the brakes usually makes them f$ck off......
.....here it comes.....!!!!!!!
