My steering wheel now squeaks Does this mean the wheels are all going to fall off?

Seriously though, is it anything to worry about, bearing in mind i posted up a week ago about the suspicious burning smell coming from the bonnet

Or will my fiesta live to see another day?

It could be something as simple as the wheel ctaching on the cowling It's really hard to diagnose wothout seeing it.

I had this on an old car and it turned out to be the steering wheel catching on the cowling. I could not adjust the wheel or cowling any more than it was so I used a lubricant once a month so to speak

It's all right, it's not the car at all. A family of mice have moved in. they get quite chatty and excited when they go on a trip
