Default Accura

A 'mate' of mine has just bought a k reg import that looks like a CRX to me but is badged as an Accura. Im not a big fan of imports so know little about it - the name rings a bell from US modifiers tho.

I take it its vtec but he is spouting so much rubbish that I need a clear answer on what spec it is. He says its the same as in the prelude - 2.2 I believe and is making +200bhp claims. I think it looks like a CRX and probably has 1.6 with 160bhp but unsure

Its auto by the way

Fill me in so I can shut him up tomorrow please!

Acura is Honda's 'premium' brand in North America, as Lexus is to Toyota. Not all Hondas are branded as Acura; its principally sports cars; NSX & Integra Type R for example.

Actually it's Acura, not Accura but that's just me being pedantic.
