funny I was looking at this the other day and laughing about it.

Potential bargain though, bit of polish and some comprehensive pics and some 205 lover will lap it up!

Bargain? To quote the seller "the engine has ceased". £48 so far, anything in three figures for a 16 year old car with a dead engine doesn't sound that good to me.

I bought one with a dead engine ten years ago, cam belt had slipped, no damage, timed it up properly (have a dad whos a time served mechanic) and sold it as a runner, was one of the early B reg 105 bhp ones, buyer came knocking 2 weeks later, the cam belt had gone and smashed the motor to bits, I might have been a bit more helpful but it had torn past me bouncing off the rev limiter earlier in the day !
