48k Service on a 996 C4
Just wanting some clarification. I have been on the phone for the last 11 mins with some muppet who wasn't sure about anything - so wanted to check he had the scheduling and pricing correct:
48k service
£622 - Oil / valet / check the lights work
£152.58 - 6 plugs fitted
£111.17 - fuel filter fitted
£103.43 - Brake fluid changed
114.19 - Belt fitted that goes to the alternator / ac / and cams but isn't a cam belt !?!?
And I know it needs a battery, but I was loosing the will to live and thus didn't ask the bloke......
Is this accurate ?

The Porsche recently has menu priced servicing and pubish prices, they want:
£511 for 4 year service
£161 - plugs (every 4 years/48k miles)
£107 - brake fluid (every 2 years)
£19 - replace drive belt (every 48k miles NOT 4 years)
Fuel filter - for some reason it isn;t priced for a C4, but should be done on other models(GT and Turbo) after 48k miles *not* 4 years
So that is £305 saved assuming vat included in both
Reading publish the list (as does Bournmouth, exactly the same)

Cheers for that - I will call them later - or I might just go to Nottingham which is inconvenient, but sooo much better than Sheffield Porsche.
