Default MY99 Corsa Oil...

A colleague has one and it requires a top up..

Its a 1.2 16v, which oil to use for it??

10w-40 or 5w-40

the vauxhall semi 10w 40 is a fairly good oil and pretty cheap on tradeclub too

lol, im not gonna argue as ive been buying silkolene off you and your probably put the price up next time i ring but.....

i ran my modified nova on the vaux semi for years, changed every 4k miles. i did 130k miles on that engine and when i took it apart everything was as good as mint !! the hatchings were still in the bores and virtually no noticable wear on the cam or anything. so in my opinion its good enough to do the job

To get an oil to Dealers at under a pound a litre is unbelievable! I'd love to know what it contains. Can anyone send me a sample and I'll have it tested.
