Corsa brake lights inoperative
Wife tells me a chav-type lad has informed her that both brake lights aren't working on her car. So I check the bulbs, fuse and look for chaffed wires etc - all ok. I think it is probably the brake light switch - one is on order - but anyone else got any ideas. Need to get it fixed asap as she will be taking the Scoob in the meantime.

Unplug the wires from the switch, bridge the terminals with some more wire / split pin and the lights should come on, don't forget the ignition If that works, you need a new switch, sounds quite likely unless it's just been kicked and isn't working right.
