what he says;
"I have taken this car to the salt flats twice, the first time it wanted to fly @ 140 mph, but after adding the spoilers and air dam it stayed solid thru 187 mph with a lot more room to go"
TBH did not take on board the fact he said there was more to go, but with over 2000bhp I was expecting over 220mph, however they say you need alot more BHP to go that extra MPH.
Remember some original engine blocks (modified) do over 160mph.

First thing they did was ditch the stock 2-litre 3S-GTE and put in the 1.6 litre block from the Mk1 MR2, then destroke it to 1.5 litres to meet the <1.5 litre class requirement.
Result? 207 mph! :0
Not bad for a 1.5 litre 4-cylinder MR2! (link)
