Default How to attach a rear roof level spoiler on a BMW 5 series?

My dad has a 5 series that came with a roof level small Schnitzer spoiler. Neither of us really like it, but more worringly, one side has started to come loose.

We think that is is attached by some sort of glue. Is this likely to be correct?

It is almost certain that there will be marks from where the spoiler was, as the car is now quite old. Where can we source some new glue, and what should we be looking for?

Thanks

MODS - please leave this in the wrong forum till I get a reponse. I popped into styling for about a week and did not get anything.
