my sister bought an st170 from a ford dealer uk car with remainder of waranty so we were told now the engine is dead so she took it back to the dealer were they then decided to tell her it had no warranty so as a sweetner they gave her 12 mths warranty good we thought until that is they go to claim on the warranty and the warranty wont pay as the car is an inport (news to us) were do we stand now legaly as we bought it as a uk car and also have it in writing from them but ford want to speak to there legal dept so we are trying to find were we stand and if we can take all our money back of them

As soon as a letter arrives from him /her the Ford dealer will 9/10 bow down.
