Honda Stream
Anyone know much about this? Had one? Any experience?
Just found a 2.0 SE Sport with 33K on the clock for £6995... 1 previous owner and being sold at a reg vardy dealer.
Seems a little cheap for a dealer price?
Any advice appreciated!
(its not for me its for a friend BTW)
(oh and the sales man told him it was similar in performance to a subaru!! )

A mate at mine has had an auto since they were released. Says it's a bit boring for him, and fuel consumption isn't as good as other Honda's that are manual. Other than that it hasn't put a foot wrong, does what it's supposed to very well.

I looked at one of these last year 2.0 i-Vtec engine goes better than it looks, and a very quite motor on tick over...
To be honest I liked it a lot, was ready to sign on the dotted but the dealer was a bit too shirty (and tight) would only give me half a tank of petrol!
Come on I was going to give him close to 14K for the car!
He pissed me off so much I dropped the whole deal and bought a Honda Accord Tourer 2.4 Type-S instead from a rival dealer for 17K
But in my view the Stream is very underated, it's a cracking drive (for that type of car!) and a real quality item and can carry 7 people....
It does seem like a good price depends on year.....
Could be worth an AA check if serious.
Plums.
P.S. One thing to thats good to know is that they have stopped making the stream last year (replaced by FRV) so with that and the fact you don't see to many on the roads parts may be a little thin on the ground..... (read expensive!)
