Is there a year 2000 fiesta turbo?

Bloke next door has a MY2000 that's done the outside up quite nicely and his next mod is going to be an engine upgrade.
Told him to go for a fiesta turbo engine but now thinking about it, would the older turbo engine go into a 2000 car or is there a better option.

Any advice would be good.

PS, don't think there is too much of a budget as he hasn't skimpt on the outside.

nope no year 2000 fiesta turbo.

best bet would probably be a focus RS engine if he could find one, as its been done before, so is possible.

tell him to get the cossie lump in there!!

the later duratec engine if he can find one seven valley will do this for him for around 5k ish??

There's quite a few Zetec-S's running around with a turbo bolted on. The other option is either a Puma Racing engine with Turbo, or a Cossie transplant.

Used to own a Zetec-s, there are turbo conversions for them, believe this makes 140bhp off top of my head, standard ZS is 105bhp.
As said above I would go for a racing puma conversion though, speak to Puma Speed or Puma build, both deal with Fiesta's
