Default Bahhh - who needs a Veryron?

When you can have this...http://www.ultimasports.co.uk/records/part6.html

admittedley nowhere near as well built and arguably a kit car but the performanve per pound is mind blowing. especially as they have now uprated it

Crikey check out the video!

I'll take the Veyron thanks. OK, I'll settle for an Enzo instead, or a Carrera GT, I'm not fussy.

It's all well and good breaking records, but it is just a kit car at the end of the day. If I was rich enough I'd take one for a track day car only. That probably all they'll be bought for.

For the money though - a superb vehicle.

not just a 0-100 special neither - a top speed in excess of 200mph.

Of course i'd prefer a Veyron (got it right this time) but a enclosed car that offers the same performance for a snip of the price - bring it on

Would be interesting to see how it handles on the road though. Maybe they could give it to Top or 5th Gear to do a proper "ROAD" test.

Would also be interesting to see what time the Stig would do round the track. Might give the Konizeggggeeeeeee a run for it's money.

Breaking news,

Just beat that record in my Veyron this morning.

Couldn't get Norrris Mcsquirter to witness it though so not sure if it counts.
