Claasic VW Golf

Friend of mine offered me a mint Mk1 vw golf gti in black on an A plate. Inside and out looks totally showroomy and it even has the pirelli alloys. How much should I offer him for it???

Is it a Campaign model? Theses are the most sought after, identifiable by the Pirelli alloys, leather steering wheel sliding sunroof and fog lights in the grille as oposed to driving lights.
