Evening chaps, ive finally come to the stage where im ready to sell my MR2. I was wondering what you would think i could sell it for realistically.

Its a good example with only slight scratches to the front / rear bumper ( although i would pay to have these parts resprayed if i could get more for the car ) and i originally paid 5k for it two years ago.

Spec -
MR2 Turbo GTS
1994 - L Reg
Grey
80k milesish ( mileometer still reads in km )
15" Oxigin 1 Alloys - 1 scratched due to accident
Apexi Induction Kit
Custom made 3" exhaust system w/ 5" end
Full Jap Service history
Will have either 6 or 12 months road tax ( due to get at the end of the month )
12 month MOT

Bad points -
1 fog light doesnt work
Scratches to 1 corner of rear bumper
Small patch of paint peeling off front bumper
Scuffed Offside Rear Alloy

Apart from this the engine is still going well, pulls strongly and will last a long time. Im only selling up cause i want an Impreza.

What could i ask for it in its current condition ( private sale ) and what should i try to get for it as a part ex?

i would say about 4k,,,if you sell it now as the price goes down a bit at winter time

put it on, imoc or mr2oc,,,put it up at 4250ono

I sold my utterly mint red 1993 T-top turbo with 65k 4 years ago for that price... Should have kept it!
