Default New Company Car

Looking at the Lexus IS220d, does anybody know why the sport models does less combinded mpg?

The engine and 0-60 are the same

I drove one of these a couple weeks ago - really impressed by the pick-up, nice interior and I'd be tempted myself for a company car.
