Default Mondeo tyre choices.

Having done the best part of a thousand miles over the last few days, i've noticed my front tyres are a little low - probably borderline.

I need some front tyres for my 98 2.0 si Mondeo Hack.

Now i know they're are not the last word in performance but i require a decent tyre that grips well in wet and dry with a reasonable wear rate.

Was thinking of fitting Falken tyres - anyone had experience of these?

Advice appreciated.

Cheers

I like Toyo's but dont think they do them with a 60 section profile for a 15inch wheel

Now - he's sold it and got a Focus ST.

I've got Federal SS595's which for the money are good value and grip well, not sure they'll do them in your size though.

The lower spec are 195/60/15 which I think is what you'll need. They are SS535's

FEDERAL TYRES / CAR / FEDERAL SS535 SUPER STEEL FEDERAL SS 535 - - Car Tyres - MPV Tyres - People Carrier Tyres - R15" - 195/60/15, 195/60 R 15 -

You should be able to search for reviews on tinterweb ...
