looks like a volvo c30 shagged a rx8 and had a baby

 

i was just about to edit my post saying it reminds me of a C30 after a bit of looking at it

 

But then isn't Auto Express the motoring equivelent of The Sun?

 

That is sexy, wonder if it'll have the 5cyl turbo volvo engine?

 

And RWD.

 

Yes, it's a Ford, believe they will make it when you've seen one in a showroom near you. Like the Focus Cosworth.............
Oh, and Auto Express? Ought to be remnamed, "Fordo Fordford". Crap.

 

Hmm, I quite like that and it would be nice to see the Capri name resurrected but it does look like a C30/Mazda with a Capri rear window, I was hoping for more of what Ford did with the new Mustang, RWD and an updated version of the original shape, Mk1 Capri styling as it was the purest of the three but a FWD design will never have the long bonnet that characterised the Capri so, though it may be a decent enough looking car there isnt enough Capri genetics to get me all excited.

It looks nice, Bit like I wanted a 1 series to look. I will be interested to see how they spec it up, if they make it. After all we all know about Auto express and there porkies...

 

Auto Express are severely ***** this is almost exactly the same as the Alfa 149 pictures they had months back and i'm near sure it was the same colour too!

 

Looks the nuts in the first picture and then I clicked on the 2nd and saw the back. Man did they drop the ball there if that **** makes production!

 

Yup - bit underwhelming to be honest, not exaclty eye catching for the right reasons

 

Hmm, its sort of nice, but oh dear I just saw its ****

 

It won't have the 5cyl as the new Focus ST won't, dropping to a 4pot

 

Have they started printing Auto Express on soft, absorbent paper yet? Because I can't think of any reason to buy it until they do, these photoshopped artists' impressions of what cars might possibly look like don't fool anyone. Do they?

 

Probe or Cougar in the making IMO.
