From: Nottinghamshire : Out the flat 4 and in the V8
I have ages and havn't driven any yet but...
I should have afew bob to play with later in the year and I'm considering the following cars (moving up in price I know): -
Type 20 (gets me back in a scooby after 2 years) and saves alot of cash!
2nd hand M3 : either saloon or convertible (as I've never had a convertible or a V8)
Nissan GTR (but gearbox issues are putting me off ??)
Moving up a gear :-
Audi R8
911 GT3 or GT3 RS (if I go for a 911 it would need to be one of these)
All would be sunny weekend / track cars and this would be a once in a lifetime buy......
I need to think about reliability, ownership costs, not so bothered about depreciation as I'll keep whatever for a long time
Comments from owners / experience from ex-owners would be great. PM if you wish to keep it private. I'm not going to rush into this and will wait as long as I need to
