focus st knockin on rear

focus st knockin on rear
hi all, i have a focus st and wen i drive slow around corners i get a knockin from the rear and sometimes wen drivin slow in straight line but happens more round corners. seems like its just on the left side. the knockin stops wen i brake slightly or wen i pull the hand brake on just 1 notch. the pads have still got loads on them. cud there be somethin rong with them or is it somethin else? cud it be the wheel bearin? seems noisy while hard turnin wen slow. any 1 know anythin???? cheers.

I know how to spell 
It could be numerous things. The last rear knocking i had was down to faulty shock absorbers.
Take it into a garage and get it up on ramps to check for obvious problems.

By the way, try FFOC :: Ford Focus Owners Club. A lot of good knowledge about all things Focus on there and they have a dedicated ST forum.

No need to throw your toys out the pram, but you must realise that txt spk gives the forum a bad image, its bad enough as it is driving a Subaru.

text speak means nothin, i have used it all the time in the subaru forums and no1 has said a thing, and i cant c the problem with it. if u dont like it dont say anythin, im not in here to be told how to type, all i wanted was a bit of help with my car and got nothin. thanks a lot.
