I'm surprised there is much difference between a heavily modified Astra and a blobeye wrx tbh. At least you will have traction for once

Mate of mine had an 888 with the full Courtenay everything, about 300 bhp, remember a trip through Old Trafford, 4 up, very very quick !

I have Saab 9-3 Aero, remapped to 247 bhp and that is nippy, yours should be quicker, fairly related parts wise, mine being a posh Vectra !

You're gonna have to get tweaking to make your Scoob feel as quick as your Astra i think

Not a bad car but you can do better, mine pulls like a train but its not the most engaging car I have owned, without a remap it barely felt quicker than my previous gen 9-3 LPT (allegedly 150 bhp but felt much better than that), it handles well but isnt the last word in fun, mid range is epic but tend to run out of puff. The interior looks really nice but isnt the best made, Audi's p1ss all over it, the brakes are the best I have ever experienced, like throwing an anchor out !

Some silly faults like dodgy keys, cracked springs (replacing mine with Eibach this weekend), it needs the remaps to feel properly quick, it feel a little bit slower than a Bugeye with PPP but not much once rolling, traction is good for fwd but it will spin in the wet with 288 lbs ft.
