Good God, I'd sell my Porker to have one of these exhausts on an M3...

Always thought these exhausts sound pretty serious for a mid budget performance car...!

Yep, I was disappointed with the performance on the one I test drove - I was hoping it was because it hadn't done many miles.
But, to have that soundtrack....
The same exhaust on the GT-R just doesn't sound as good -

So the polar opposite of the BM.

Another SN Other Marque thread where the GTR gets dragged into battle
GTR design spec was to be a fast gt car, Mizuno-San said he wanted a car that you could drive at 150mph+ and still have a conversation. Regardless the V6 does lack the character of a V8, and this should not come as a surprise!

and then all M3 drivers are all t0ssers that don't use their indicators
I'm quite happy with the way mine goes , yes you do have to rev it to get the best out of it , but then that's where it sounds the best , with 420 hp and a tad under 300 lb ft or torque , it's never going to be a slouch , it was on par speed wise with my sons 380hp EVO , I was just jumping forward on gearchanges with mine , as the DCT change is instant compared to that stick thing he has to move back and forth

Good to hear another sensible man promoting DCT, It's a matter of time until this thread gets on Trout Pouts radar and he can lecture us about his double clutching et al blah blah

It's so small inside they have to put spare wheel underneath but to be fair it's hard to fit a 30" wheel in most cars.
Does it good; helps it warm up faster.
/Have you noticed in movies and cop shows people always do this? In F&F Dom gets in his Dads Chevelle and immediately is WOT in 1st? Madness!

M3 has 133% of the cylinders of a GTR, 105% of the capacity of the GTR yet kicks out 80% of the power and 61% of the torque of a GTR.....half assed my ****
Trout partially true there my friend, it doesn't brim with character but then what bully back in your school days (if you can think that far back ) ever did? Its just a brute, its socially inept, its ruffling alot of feathers......as the post launch marketing campaign focused on "We are Traitors"...."More ***** than badge".....now move on over and let me pass you
