Hope you enjoy mate,

Went in an S3 a few months ago, was pretty dissapointed to be honest. Lovely inside and nice build quality, but there didn't seem to be any real performance there

The build quality must detract from the 0-60 of 5.5 and 155 top speed

Not that great when you can get a decent, quicker impreza for a lot less. You pay so much more just for the audi name. Not worth it imo

I have the same but 3dr. They are quick, tend to dyno at 280bhp stock. S-tronic has launch control, not easy to engage though! Get it on v-power on a cold winters morning and it will fly. However they are quite laggy. Drive mine in manual mode most of the time to keepnrevs over 3k. Enjoy!

Wicked! Thanks, sounds really good
Understand the manual mode reasons though. Thing for me is living in Notts where there are more Spec's cameras than anywhere else I know, so the Auto will be bloody nice for a change. lol.

They also sound quite good for a 4 pot. My last car was a 911 and I thought the s3 would leave me cold but its quite a good exhaust note on boost. I only do a few miles a day though so done rally get to stretch its legs that much. :-)

As like my WRX, this is my only car so will get driven! lol.
Not quite as many miles as the Subaru in its first year. In 2003 when I bought that, i was on Nights and used to drive a 25 mile 'circuit' home every morning. Ahhh, now that was fun.

Traction Control Off
Stick In 'M' or 'S' Mode
Foot on brake, pedal to the metal, lift off brake and hold tight...

Not really hard work IMO..

sounds similar to smg. dsc off, shift-tronic into s6. hold stick forward (-), mash the throttle for burnuot mode, or push it quickly for full launch control, release stick and hold on

So did op get his car on thurs? lets see some pics then
