People keep saying if money no object is there another car you'd really want to own as a day to day proposition. So no track day specials.
I've been racking my brains and can't come up with much. Much as a like BMs I'm not sure I could live with the image.
20 years ago I'd have said a Ferrari, but they're a bit too much for poseurs now. Would you really want all that every day?
Jags. Not really thanks, a bit too soft.
Type Rs are a bit too manic, and anyway I've got a kid, so I need 4 doors. Yes I do.
So, there are better cars, but for me the scoob is all I really aspire to. Have I gone blind?

I c'ant think of one either.Would be nice to have another 10k to spend on mods though.Seriously though if money was no object a 996 Turbo 4 would be nice, the ony non jap turbo nutter that can beat a Scoob around wet corners and paste almost anything in a straight line.If I ever did win the lottery though I would probably buy myself a Scooby an Evo and a a Skyline and spend my days modifying them!

Hey Maz! You can be my wingman anytime
You only have to look at Mr Bckham for the cars that you would/could choose to own. The scoob would be nowhere near. I'd chose an Evo over my Scoob if I could afford.

"as a day-to-day proposition"?
I do around 30k per year, so it would have to be:
993 Turbo 4
Supercharged NSX
Sorry, given a 'money no object' approach any sort of Scoob (even a 22B) just wouldn't figure (nor a Skyline).

a tvr griffith in brg i would only get it as a third car, and just spend my time polishing it and looking at it, starting it up now and then to hear that engine, and be happy to know i had one of the best looking cars ever made.
pity theyre as unreliable as ****, shoddily built and nasty in the wet. ho hum
for now , i'm blissfully happy with my black evo, the best allround car ive owned (just not the quickest....yet )
