Company car time

Recently changed my wife's car for a 335d xdrive with the view that I'd change my company car for a small runaround which she would use for the school run.....fiesta or similar....and I'd use the BMW.
Having given this thought, I'm not sure I want to go down this route so looking for;
Under 160 emissions - there is no flex on this
Ideally 5 door - could do 3 but needs to be room in the back for a 5 year old who is growing
Automatic - no flex on this
Cost - no real limit but sub 50k ideally
Economy - 30 plus
Reasonably nippy
Decent list of standard equipment as options are costly on my car scheme
Not a 3 series BMW - don't want 2 on the drive
No bigger than the 3 series
I have a limited list of cars - bmw, merc, audi,vw, ford, vauxhall, Volvo, jag, Nissan, Toyota
So far I'm thinking Audi S3 (possibly saloon but not seen one in the flesh) or Golf R. Both just within the emissions limit in auto form.
Would have gone for the BMW M135i but over 160 emissions.
Am I missing anything?

Shame cant squeeze to 161g/km, then how about a Mercedes A45 AMG ?
Would probably be my choice, but if not probably an S3 - though already had one.

Well after a bit of delay I've ordered the Golf R.
Was interested in the Merc A45 but my current E Class cab company car is ageing badly and I could not get any flex on the emissions level.
I would also have possibly have gone for the S3 but on my works car scheme it's £150 per month more expensive which is bonkers so I've gone for the R.
Similar straight line performance to the 335d which we have. Rides and handles far better though. On a 3 day loan I averaged 35mpg versus 50mpg in the BMW driving at the same speeds etc so not bad really.
The R will be used by my wife for shorter stop start school run journeys so the Petrol should be a better fit.
Just need to wait 3 months to get it!
