got some with pretty new discs for £100 :p

no pads or springs etc etc

callipers were supposed to be siezed, but it took me less then an hour to strip them all down and remove the pistons, all cleaned up and painted, just need to buy the service bits (seals etc etc) and the pad retaining springs/pins

bargain :D

Evening all, is the TTS website down:confused:

Ninnybobs 22 September 2006 10:40 PM

Hi Richie,

The TTS website has been closed on its current Yahoo host in favour of a forum based website that I have someone working on. I don't know how long it will take as I am paying the bloke in bottles of Budweiser.

Watch this space

alyn

you need to advertise this stuff on your website alyn

do you have new pistons?
3 of mine have pitted marks, although it looks like they are above the seal line, so should be ok?
i touched them in with KURUST
as long as there sealed up, i cant see them causeing a problem? would be good to know i had 3 new ones fitted just incase.

still need a seal kit, how much are they?

remap, filter, a whole host of things, the question is best answered when you know how deep your pockets are, or in my case, how deep there not lol.

brakes upgrade

hi dudes ,need some info on upgrading the standard brakes on a wrx 2001 ?

suggestions please as im getting bad brake fade playing #(and passing) with the bikes up heartside ............. !:thumb:

StickyMicky 25 September 2006 07:38 AM

your brakes will be 4 pots, you have a number of options, you can play around with pads and discs to help with the fade, or if you are serious you can get a godspeed kit to widen and space out your 4 pot callipers so there new discs/bells and pad combo can increase your front brake size quite a bit :D

worth thinking about if you need new pads and discs

regards evolutions idea for a power increase
remaps are for girls :D :D
