Any way price wise . My 24 month contract was expiring & I had a few calls from EE trying to sway me to the deal they ( on phone ) were offering ..I called back 3 times on my own time & managed to secure
More data
A free phone
For £4 a month more than I was paying for the 6S
Getting the free handset was the toughest at the price for contract I wanted , but a little persistence it ended I feel , in a win win for me + on top of that I got the 6S unlocked from Apple &,EE. It took a week to get the confirmation text , but soon as I advertised it local on Gumtree .. sold the next day for £250 quick sale / now come on lads you can’t say I haven’t had a good experience x

How much are you paying monthly then? But yea not bad, pretty similar experience for me every time I upgrade, but you cant say the phone is free when over contract you are paying more overall than you would if you bought the phone outright and then sold it later on. All you are getting as a "benefit" is spreading that cost monthly. Even if you paid what £100 up front for the phone, it usually works out more on contract then buying the phone yourself with a payg sim.

Well. My good grade 6s arrived and is A ok ..
What an idiot for sticking it out with the other one , still Jack insisted it was the network.

jazzyjembreaze 31 October 2017 04:12 PM

Yea I get what your saying
10 Gig data
Free phone
24 month contract £44.99,month

£11 a week , Christ The wife spends that on shopping bags at Sainsbury’s / i keep telling her to get a bag for life but she pays little or no attention to me / same as in the bedroom really ha ha ha

dpb 31 October 2017 04:13 PM

I think you'd be crackers to pay 90 quid , unless you're dab hand with the soldering iron

bioforger 31 October 2017 04:14 PM

Yea so £1080 over 2yrs but it is what it is, you cant really get a "deal" with a flagship smartphone unless you work for one of the big telecos.

Thank Christ for that! I told you it was probably a hardware issue months ago :)

Apple would replace it if it was a hardware issue and even if not for free there would have been a quote from them, see my post with a real hardware issue. I smell bovine excrement.

Also consider the £230 paid for a 6s when I just sold my 6 for £240... fishy.

bioforger 31 October 2017 05:24 PM

lol yea couldn't possibly be a hware failure could it jack.

jazzyjembreaze 31 October 2017 08:56 PM

Umm, iPhone thread, you should start a new one. I'm guessing it will have a bigger screen and will be more sexy. Chip wise, nothing new.

"Samsung set to ditch headphone jack on next year's flagship"

And a base model price of £800, ****ing LOLZ, none of your fandroids will be buying it then.

bioforger 01 November 2017 11:52 AM

Cheap compared to the X.

The Samsung will have 16gb of cheap **** memory.

bioforger 01 November 2017 12:03 PM

lol grasping.

JackClark 01 November 2017 12:09 PM

One more time, no headphone socket... ****ing LOL

bioforger 01 November 2017 12:12 PM

Whats lol about it? they have all been planning to go that way for some time, as the bezel less/sleek design seems to be in fashion, personally I don't like it, but whatever. At least with the android devices you will be able to choose your own headphones and not be locked into proprietary buds lol

JackClark 01 November 2017 12:22 PM

What's so funny, it's ****ing funny that you and your cronies went mental when Apple removed it, pretty sure you said you'd never buy a device without one certainly others did.

And what do you mean by proprietary buds? There are a ton of options for both bluetooth and lightning.

bioforger 01 November 2017 12:34 PM

No I never said that, i don't like or want it, if there's no choice with sammy in the future then I may swap to the pixel or something else.

Unlike sad cases like you Jack I've never been brand loyal. If I don't like the device I go elsewhere, hence why Apple has never figured. Having said that I probably will stay Sammy ;) headphone jack or not, coz it will nuke everything else on the market, like the s8+ currently does.
