If you want gigabit ready devices guess who you can go to.......

put than in your pie and smoke it Jacko, Apple always expensive, always lagging behind the competition.

Do you mean these Modems? https://www.macrumors.com/2017/09/26...rdowns-modems/

You love the custard pie don’t you, can’t stop licking it off your face.

Have you seen the new Google ear pods, pretty awesome, only work with the pixel 2 though, what do you think about that? Sell your phone, sell your headphones.

JackClark 02 November 2017 12:33 AM

I’ll be using the iPhone 15 before we see gigabit speeds in the UK. You’re really scraping the barrel, nothing new from you.

Is this quote not a bit of an own goal? The original iPhone was still very well received even without 3G, so what does that tell you about it as an overall package (my bet says you’ll use “iSheep” in your reply more than once).

He also doesn't mention Edge, which was an upgrade for the majority of the country at the time, certainly was for me, iPhone 3g appeared at about the same time as 3g here and I bought one. He's a sucker for big numbers whether they're useful or not, see his boasting about watching HD movies... on a 4" screen!!!

JackClark 02 November 2017 09:57 AM

Ha! Always behind, ****ing LOL. Guess who's removing the headphone socket next year?

Apple have spaced you out so much its irreversible the damage they have caused, some people like my work colleagues can see past Apple but clearly not you.

If they sold bog rolls you would be first in the queue.

No I don't, if I watched them I'd watch them on my iPad with retina display, another device that's never been matched by a device running Android.

Umm, I'd use the iPad because the screen is four times as big dumbo.

As for the modem, didn't you read it, the hardware is in there and it's the most advanced available, it's not turned on because nobody could use it, right now it's only use is low power draw which enables the most powerful device in the world to also have world beating battery life.

Here's your breakfast

Easy on that pie, you need it later again, dont be greedy.

History has shown that whatever TP says will shortly be shown to be bull****. I give you the King of OLED Screens.

lols the irony, Sammy made that oled panel for the X, which we'll see (albeit improved in the s9 and +) early next year.

Sammy is king of OLEDs period.

I'm sure Apple will have shown Samsung a few tricks, good old Shamsung are well known for copying. :thumb:

Personally I don't care who makes it, the only reason I posted was so TP could have some pie for tea.

I see the queues have already formed for people to be the first to own an X.

I read people were selling their place in the queue!

My mate’s going to a store in the morning to try his luck, I think he’ll have to be very lucky but he’s managed it before.

JackClark 03 November 2017 12:07 AM

Have a search back, I posted a whole thread about the modem. Now, humor me, you said many devices run at full gigabit speeds, which network are they running on? You’re about to show your ignorance here so be prepared for pie.

No, I mentioned yesterday that my friend was giving it a go, haven't heard anything since that photo, said there were 40 people in front of him.

I quite like Milk and Beans, won a pubic speaking contest by talking about it's future development when it was a teenager.

bioforger 03 November 2017 11:50 AM

Your friend is an idiot.

Why? He didn't want to wait 6 weeks so went to the store to buy one, he could have bought a 64 but wanted a 256 so left empty handed. I don't think that makes him an idiot, it took an hour start to finish, less time than you've spent on this thread, who's the idiot :p

Personally I'd have walked out with a 64 and put it on eBay for a tidy profit from a real idiot.
