That’s a funny one. I really like one of the highlights, where he has all those adaptors in his S9, what a tit, should have jumped on the Bluetooth bandwagon when Apple said jump.

Some custard for breakfast?
Here's the cliffnotes: • Largest ratio of screen to body of any phone currently. • ‘Huge notch’ takes up 2% of the actual screen area. • 32% more pixels than an average HDTV (at any display size) • Image cannot be resolved (individual pixels cannot be picked out) at a distance of over 12 inches (Further than almost anyone uses their phone). • Industry standard colour gamuts with sRGB and DCI-P3, but Automatic Colour Management (True Tone) give it many, many more accurate colour gamuts depending on the ambient lighting, always appearing accurate and never over or under saturated. • Has a record Absolute Colour Accuracy, since each display is individually calibrated at the factory for colour and contrast accuracy, with an Absolute Colour Accuracy of 0.9 Just Noticeable Colour Difference (Between smartphones and TV’s). • The most colour accurate display ever measured, being visually indistinguishable from perfect - and is ‘very likely considerably better than any [other] mobile display, monitor, or TV that you have.’ • Record high Full Screen Brightness in OLED smartphones at 634 nits, in comparison to Galaxy Note 8 at 423 (Manual brightness) or 560 (Automatic Brightness). • Screen reflectance is 4.5%, which is 0.1% higher than the lowest ever measured reflectance. • Contrast Rating for High Ambient Light of 180, highest ever measured on a smartphone. • Minimum Brightness of 2 cd/m^2. • Smaller decrease in brightness than the iPhone 8 display, from 55% at 30 degrees to 22% at 30 in the X. • Works with polarised sunglasses in both orientations, unlike most displays. • The iPhone X is the most innovative and high performance smartphone display that has ever been tested. It is the best because of the Precision Display Calibration that Apple has developed which transforms their panel into a superbly accurate, high performance, and gorgeous display. • “Based on our extensive lab tests and measurements the iPhone X becomes the Best Performing Smartphone Display that we have ever tested, earning DisplayMate’s highest ever A+ grade. The iPhone X is an impressive display with close to Text Book Perfect Calibration and Performance!” Everyone that said Tom's Guide sucked and was wrong, and took stupid pictures indoors using manual brightness controls and such can *blow me* |
Lots of praise for Sammy's latest oled panel, no surprises.

He’s fading, the anger is muted and his dark sexual side is showing, why would you build an image of me on the vinegar stroke, it’s weird and I doubt anyone else gets off on it.
The Samsung 8 got a lot of attention, airlines, lawyers.... |

Why isn't plastic used instead of glass , It must be possible in this day and age produce a variety looks like glass ?!
|
The iPhone 8 is glass also , I haven’t dropped mine yet but it stays with its quad lock case on at all times as I find that to be the best solution in terms of practicality, security & overall protection. / I think if it does fall out my hand & lands on its face , although the case is slightly raised , I may still be in trouble.

I’m on the lookout for a new phone as my iPhone 6 is 3/4yrs old now and it’s just not as quick as it used to be which is normal for older iPhones now. been looking at the 8 8plus and even the x. not really interested in a Samsung as my Mum has one and I just don’t like how they feel and the userbility, and with having Apple car play and a Apple Watch it’s just not that suitable for me. I’m just not sure whether the 8 onwards are worth the extra money either though, I know the x has new features but is it worth the extra £200 ?.
|
The 8 has only been out cpl months & you will def not be dissatisfied in terms of speed & other functions compared to your 6 . The phone is good for another 2 years + easily.. the X
In my eye is Apple goin for the elite market .. ( besides a slightly fuller screen , face recognition, & sharper camera its the same phone as the 8 .. but as stated, they are both glass front & back so wrap them up well . The screen & back are both a reported £250 to replace once fubar!!!! |
The 8 is slightly bigger than the 6 aswell isn’t it ?. I don’t like the plus because they are far too big for me.
|
The 8 is the same size as a 6s, & 7
Only diff is the camera is closer to the edge & no headphone jack outlet . It uses the charging point for wired or has wireless enabled for AirPods |
Hmmm may go for an 8 then. As an x will be overkill for me and I’m not bothered about face recognition at all.

I’ve bought an 8 now. Anything’s better than my 6 now and I can’t seem to get away from an iPhone.

I want a X, maybe next year. |
You seem to be in the know jack. After the recent update to 11.1 my 6 seems to randomly turn itself off for no reason, the battery life percentage never seems to go down then out the blue it switches off. Any tips ? Everything else is fine though.
