We implement systems for third parties and if an exception is generated a nice form pops up with an option to e-mail us with the full error (executing path etc).

We had some **** take a picture of the form (without all the useful stuff) and e-mail that to us :lol1:

It's amazing how you can cut the volume of support calls by offshoring your support desk! ;)

It's all the same out there!!!! Strange relief felt, and as someone said >>a fool and his data are soon parted...<< and then the crying starts!

I should mention I'm a TV Producer type, not an IT professional; I am however the closest thing this company has to on-site support and show new staff the ropes. Proper IT support is subcontracted to off site company but doesnt look like having them there 24/7 would help much, they'll still dial manually as they are too busy making TV programmes to use Outlook properly:cry:
