I did it yesterday, online.

Dill_typeR 31 January 2007 11:53 PM

i was gonna, but don't you have to send the entry form by post anyway? so thought i'd send a cheque.

I take it you guys have forwarded world pay ref straight to an admin bod?

JAKbauer24 01 February 2007 02:43 AM

I'll be there hope the handling tracks as much fun this year :D

Blonde question how or when do you get the lanard and ticket thing ....

ex-webby 01 February 2007 02:34 PM

To buy tickets go to : https://www.scoobynet.com/buy_tickets.php and they will appear next to your username.

To reserve your entry as a competitor (and get the Lanyard / pass next to your name) you need to follow the instructions at ScoobyNet - Subaru Impreza Portal and Community and this will by updated once we have the confirmations through from totb :)

Entries are actually filling up pretty quick this year (usually everyone waits until the last couple of weeks, but there's obviously a lot more interest this year) so get your entry in quick.

ex-webby 01 February 2007 02:36 PM

PS. For competitors, your pass will obviously show up quicker if you pay online, but make sure you PM us telling us your confirmation number so we can tie your username up to your purchase (or make sure you fill in the scoobynet username section of the entry form).

Shaun,

How do you make a 'pro-class entry'? The form doesn't have any options and only mentions the 103db noise limit...

I also think an 'overall' winner (1 for 'pro' and 1 for 'normal road going vehicles') would be a good idea.

Thank you,
Liz @ Zen

harvey one 01 February 2007 04:02 PM

Ill be there this time.:lol1:

Dill_typeR 01 February 2007 05:07 PM

The entry fee of 65 squid, includes a ticket for the driver too doesn't it, no need to book both:wonder:

Hi Dill

That's right.. your competitor pass will get you into the event as well (would be a bit mean to only let your car in! ;)), but you'll obviously need one for anyone coming with you.

I've just spoken to Chris and he's going to post explaining the classes better, but basically, its the same entry, you just get classified in your bracket based on your performance on the day. Chris will explain better :)

Competitor update happening within the next half hour.. so if you haven't paid online yet, and want your badge up tonigth.. get cracking! :D

quick point is that the Pro class is determined by time on the 1/4m so anyone under the 11.3s barrier automatically moves up to pro class, so a bit of gamesmanship might come into play if you run close to 11.3s without breaking out!
First ten or so entries are now in already and i'll be sending Shaun a list for the site tonight. :-)

Mine on that list Chris? You should have had the form by now.

<---- Guess that answers that then :D :D :D

mickywrx 01 February 2007 08:57 PM

If I get someone like AndyF etc with a really quick car, to tow mine down the strip I might break the 11.3s mark, so can I take the bung out my exhaust then ;):norty:

chrisT.O.T.B. 01 February 2007 09:01 PM

steven- you were the first to pay up :-)
you beat mr Forrest by a day at least ( on payment !!!)

P20SPD 01 February 2007 10:06 PM

LOL, does that mean i am Car no 1 again, or am i no 2 :D

Got to beat Andy one way at least ;)

chrisT.O.T.B. 01 February 2007 10:21 PM

currently no6 mate as i reserved a few places initially for invited cars incase any WRC stuff shows up :-) , but the numbers may well change anyway subject to timing people instructions etc.

Dill_typeR 01 February 2007 10:30 PM

sod them, they can go to the back of the queue, as long as they pay their entry fee:lol1:

scoobytyson 01 February 2007 10:50 PM

terryb 01 February 2007 11:05 PM

joe

did you get my PM on 22B.com ???

chrisT.O.T.B. 01 February 2007 11:07 PM

with no clash of events and a bank holiday weekend date we are hoping for a far better response from the scoob community this year, ideally we would like to close off entries beforehand if poss and make it Subaru only competitors entirely.

:notworthy :notworthy I don't have to take a day's holiday from work afterwards to recover from what should be a great day :)

Dill_typeR 01 February 2007 11:57 PM

Are you posting a list of entrants on here? or do you just get the lanyard/neck jobby by your name? Stick me down anyway, promise the cheque's not made of rubber:lol1:

JAKbauer24 02 February 2007 02:39 AM

you print off the form, fill in the details, including your worldpay ref, and then post it off to TOTB (the address on the form) ;)
