My pre-event piss up isn't happening this year. :( Can't afford 2 nights stay in a posh hotel 5 mins from Elvington.

I don't drink Broon either. :freak3: Sure someone told me the formula for the patented "Scottimax" though, worth a punt. :norty:

If Shaun was driving, I'd lash him in my works van. :hjtwofing :D

mickywrx 24 March 2008 10:52 PM

What BHP is a standard Spec-C? And what BHP is Webby's car running now?

My car as standard, was circa 236BHP. Now at 330BHP, having spent about a grand.

Like to think I'd have a damn good chance on the 1/4 mile against a pretty standard Spec-C.

Webby's suspension probably cost more than my car. :lol1: :D

I would say 100% but hey its all in the driver im sure if u got the driving exsperience must help also no good having 500-600 and loosing it on first bend, also stalling on 1/4 start line

good job i got 500 bhp, dangerous at bends and done a few 1/4 starts but hey im sure we will see on the day im not saying nothing except spec c better show me some b...s or i be slagging, Or take over the driving :)

ex-webby 24 March 2008 11:27 PM

Gussy,
Have you actually read the title to this thread? Or do they not teach you to read down the pits!? :p :D I know I can't drive for toffee.... whats your excuse?!? :D

Micky,
Don't worry about your power.... I would be more worried about having clubbed feet and a humpty back! :D :D

Mark,
Best get slagging then....... I have had it non-stop for the past 7yrs, so another couple of months won't hurt! :D :D

Regards,
Shaun :D

Might struggle for traction though. I can spin the wheels in 2nd gear in the dry in this. :D :D

ex-webby 24 March 2008 11:30 PM

Ahhh..... that explains why they always deliver late then!!! Micky is always the slow delivery man! :D

I have never lost control of my car...... perhaps has something to do with the fact I have a hard rev limit at 2k rpm and have certainly never hit that!

I'm not slow, I'm prejudiced. :D

People I don't like get shyte delivery service. :hjtwofing

People I do like, get superb delivery service. :smug:

Shaunee, may propably fall into the former category rather than the latter. :wonder:

Also do the best non-profit, no-money exchanged deal on stuff delivered for my mates. :D Shaunee need not apply ;) :p

ex-webby 24 March 2008 11:43 PM

You are slow..... you are quoting a post behind each time. :freak3:

So what you really mean is that your works van is quicker than your Scoob. :p

Bring that down instead.... I am sure no-one would notice after you have stuck some clear light lenses on it and sprayed the wheels gold! :D

I think you'll find that, I'm half way pissed. Bit clearer headed than I was at SSO last year mind. :lol1:

I won't blame AOL for slow posting though, that would be a cop-out. ;)

What's the £20-30-40-50(does it go higher?)grand Spec-C's excuse going to be this year? ;) :p
