Personally. I'd fit the relay. As your towards to the limits of the fuse if I recall around 11amp They don't supply them in the kit for no reason. I've got a set of white sickspeeds coming to replace my super tones. As there's some surface rust on the outter cage that I can't be arsed to deal with.

Cheers guys, Rob don't spose you could tell me how to run the wires!
|
Look at the base of the relay you have 4 pins with numbers 30, 85, 86, 87
you need to run a switched live to pin 86 which is a feed off the original horn you need a fused live from the battery positive to pin 30 you need an earth to pin 85 ideally link the horns earth to this and link back to the battery and run a wire from pin 87 to the new horn input. |
Cheers fella all makes perfect sense, well just on the switched live to 86, are you saying I can just use one of the original horn wires?
Oh and what size fuse? Thanks again Arron |

Oh and what size fuse? Thanks again Arron I mounted my relay up near the battery to prevent water ingression, so you'll need to extend the original horn wire to reach, if i recall 20amp in mine. |
Cheers mate.

Rob, are the sickspeeds hella supertones just rebranded as sickspeed?
Had seen them and they also do the wiring kit, as I've no auto cable, fuse etc in the garage it may be the easier option? |

Cheers bud, that's what I'm thinking by the time I buy it all its easier to just get the kit!!!
Thanks for advice A |

Bit of a side note, how well would a 8" alloy with an offset of et48 fill the arches on the saloon. Tyres are 235/45/18 if that helps

It does tell you the code to set anti hijack on and off. I thought someone might have it as the stealer will want something to set it. |

using the keypad on the driver side with the ignition switched off. Auto arm with door locking 60 seconds after the last door has been closed, Note make sure keys arnt in the vehicle. *17856 wait for the beep *004*1# turns it on. everytime a door is opened it will beep twice to inform you that its active |
if the keys are in the car.... you can press the button on the door handle and get back in to get them lol

So finally got the front end how I wanted it for the summer, top and bottom Zun mesh arrived so at the same time I fitted that I popped on my fog covers, could'nt dedcide on red or black logos so ordered both and may swap over next summer, thanks again Stevie for the headsup.
The mesh really finishes off the big bottom void. http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n...ps3a3a724e.jpg http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n...ps67241f35.jpg Bottom line kit next week ;-) Cheers A |

Cheers buddy, vinyl was from http://www.procutvinyl.co.uk/acatalo..._stickers.html , if you msg him he will even reduce in size so they fit the covers perfectly or as per your taste, think mine were 15mm shorter than standard.
Looking forward to the rest of the HT kit going on and then last job will be to paint the metal look boot trim. |
Arron - looking good
