Costs per car for a power check & graph on a shoot out day are as follows:

2-WD: £28.00 Minimum Cars: 16 Maximum Cars: 24

4-WD: £38.00 Minimum Cars: 14 Maximum Cars: 22

On days when a mixture of cars are attending then the costs for each car will be as above but the minimum / maximum numbers will need to be negotiated depending upon the expected numbers and types of cars.

We would appreciate full payment a week before the event. In order to ensure smooth running on the day we would ask you to supply us with a list (in order of participation) of driver's names, make & type of car, and number plate.

The Shoot out will commence at 9.00am.

The organiser of the event must report to the reception and advise us of any cancellations or amendments to the running list. Please note that NO new participants will be accepted, unless they are taking the place of another that has chosen not to take part.

The cars will then be called to the Rolling Road, in listed order, either by the drivers name or registration plate number.

ONLY the owner of the vehicle is allowed in the Rolling Road room: ALL other persons must remain outside the room or in the viewing area.

When appropriate there will be a 30-minute break for lunch at approximately 12.30pm

Tea & Coffee will be available throughout the event.

All drivers and cars running in the event that day will be entitled to a 10% discount on parts supplied and / or any work carried out by us if ordered / booked within 30days of the event.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

The deadline date for you cheques which now need to be wrote out to John Nobles motorsport needs to be at my house by this friday (21st)so i can send it to nobles for it to clear in time.

If not then im afraid you wont be running.

Sorry to sound abit hasty but its there rules not mine + you have had over 2 months to send this :(
