Met Kas today, top man. Let me know if you book any track days up and I'll try to come along.

I've just stuck mine on so here are some bad photos of a quality product.

Goto google images and type in subaru wind deflectors,,, the pics are endless 👍

As much as I appreciate your ever helpful reply, my intention was to see some pics of the actual product fitted to someone's car who had purchased them of kas...and thanks for the advice on the website "Google" too .... I'll need to check that out...

Ps Logan, thanks for your reply. This is what I was after and they look good. Do they seem well stuck with just the 3m tape securing?

To be fair I wasn't being smart I noticed you were a noob ,,, and kas did post a pic of the actual item you will be receiving all be it not on a car.which look exactly like the oem items so Google images would have gave u an idea what they look like fitted to a car,,

👍

Thanks for your concern...

No worries mate, they have a plastic clip at the front of each side which I managed to snap within 5 seconds which is very typical of me. So mine are stuck on with just the tape and feel very solid.

When fitting they do require a little bending to shape.

Get an extra pair of hands and hold the deflector along the window one hand at the front, one in the middle and yours at the back holding it flexed to shape, peel about 3 inches of backing from the the rear and start to stick work your way along pulling on the backing tape so you can make sure it is stuck in the right place as you go.

If anyone need closer photos of mine let me know.

I assume these will fit a newage wagon as the window openings are the same?

I also received mine today, got them fitted and they look great. Only thing was couldn't work out where the little clip at the mirror end went...so it's just stuck on same as deflector. Did everyone else do the same?

Mattarb 06 January 2016 05:45 PM

Hi I'm new to scoobynet and not sure what I'm doing lol

I'd like a set of wind deflectors if you have any left?

Cheers

I did wonder if there was something like that, however the deflectors don't go near the rubber they sit on the black plastic trim? So how would the little clip get in behind it?? Beats me... Look good either way and seem solid enough. I seem to be getting a load of wind noise at 70+mph now though....anyone else getting that too?

Delwrx25 06 January 2016 07:16 PM

Oem ones come with clips as well as the 3m tape that tab would be for the first clip to be screwed in under the rubber moulding for lining up and to hold it in place
