i took a drive to the halfway today and got there just as it opened , i went in and asked for the landlord who happened to be a lady, instead of the usual chap (alan sugar lookylike) , she then stated that she is the new owner and took over in december ! anyways i had a chat with her and she said it would be fine to takeover the pub , the only thing is that she cant cordon off the carpark due to it being a residents parking spot , but she says it is normally clear bar 1 or 2 cars . she said she would be happy for us to take pics ect . so all is good , the whole back section should be clear for us to park.

i told her the numbers will be big and alot of people will be milling outside and others will be eating ect and she said no worries.


hopefully the weather will be good and it will turn out to be a cracking day out .

Looking at the 7 day weather forcast saturday sunny:) sunday raining :brickwall so good news for cleaning the car on saturday but not good for sunday for the meet :cry: fingers crossed for the sun :notworthy
