So many gaps in this story.............

Yep, gaps is the word. I am now in the situation, I have no idea what to believe

oldsplice 01 January 2011 11:34 PM

Same here Lee........I can't get past the fact that they were BOTH spooked by him, yet chose to stay with him when the OP left.

No need to be sorry I was lost after reading a dozen posts :wonder: :)

Trout 01 January 2011 11:38 PM

If the girls were asleep, completely incapacitated by drink then it is technically rape.

I also think it would be an extremely difficult case to make stick in court. It is the euphemistic 'date rape'.

I do wonder at the motive of the OPs concern. Is it at his friends behaviour? Or his own behaviour having created the situation? Or is it that maybe he wanted the girls for himself - 'happy days'?

And then to take him back to their place? When they've already had misgivings? Sorry, but even if you've had a few, some primaeval instinct kicks in at some stage. Especially if there are two of you.

However........if they were comatose, that in NO WAY excuses him if he took advantage. If they didn't consent, then that's rape. But.....what's the deal with the first girl going along with it once awake?

I think the OP feels bad having told them they were safe.......

But I wonder how the OP found this out?

Did grandad ring him boasting of his double conquest, hence a call to work friend.............who may not even have realised this had (or was supposed to have) occured..........

If she cant remember exactly what happend I bet she'd sound scared when confronted with grandad's boasts........

Or maybe she did remember and having been told that the friend had him too, now feels bad about her rep at work.............

Guys, OP here.

Right I had the detail from "the Grandad" as some of you now address him. I'll not mention girls names so I'll just use "1" and "2" for now as the world is a small place and I don't want this thread seen by them - or any of their friends..

I had a call from a very shaken/concerned "1" yesterday. Unfortunately we couldn't speak for long but I'll be meeting her next week at work to ensure she is ok and hear her story if she wishes to discuss.
I'll respond during the week with more detail and any missing pieces in the puzzle.

Thanks for some of the positive response.

Will definately be worth getting 'Grandads' version of what happened aswell.

Nope, not just you. Hence why I said the same in my post. Very strange indeed.

TurboAndy 02 January 2011 12:59 AM

its kind of all there faults really.

*they didnt have to stay with him.
*they could of said no when he invited him self into there place.
* they could of asked him to leave before they went to bed.
*granted having sex with a stranger while they are asleep could be classes as rape but she did awaken and let him continue which makes me think she was enjoying it or too pissed to care.
*was the other lass awake when he did her or did she sleep though the hole thing? if she did then its defo RAPE.

At the end of the day its going to be hard to prove as boose was envolved and its one word against theres.

paulwrxboro 02 January 2011 03:54 AM

Its only the sleep thing thats a little iffy here

Ive said this before and ill say it again, after running a stag and hen hotel, you would be suprised how many lasses/women i see sleeping around and the storys ive herd from lads and the lasses  old and young maried and single for an example a groupe of 16 girls went out together and 13 of them came back in seprate taxis the next morning in ones and twos :) and were chatting over breakfast about who they had shagged :D
ive lost count of the number who would try and bring lads back, 2 lasses bringing 4 lads back isnt rare at 3 in the morning
when i wouldent let 2 lasses who were staying with us bring 2 lads in, they turned round and said we will have to shag them on the beach then, they did and both turned up about 40 mins later :D

all women are not inocent some are far from it

it will not be a great moment in the girls life...nobody likes sloppy seconds ;)

tony de wonderful 02 January 2011 04:47 AM

I wonder if they guy in question used his own lube?

paulwrxboro 02 January 2011 05:01 AM

toni that put a bad image in my head :(

IMO if they didn't want to s**g the bloke they'd have told him to f**k off.

+1 :thumb:

Trout 02 January 2011 08:07 AM

I know it is not the core subject of this thread but get a clue guys.

Over 40 does not mean a) you are desperate or b) have trouble getting a 'fatty on' and importantly c) need to take advantage via drink to get any!!

It does for some, you can tell who they are because they run out and buy a Porsche.:lol1:;)

Trout 02 January 2011 08:33 AM

From what I have heard that's only Turbo owners ;) :p

Pink_Floyd 02 January 2011 08:40 AM

OP:

Technically it doesn't sound like anyone involved are 'close' friends, as such can you be sure of the way they normally behave? No matter who was right and who was wrong, if anyone actually was, legally or morally. YOU cannot be responsible for other peoples bad behavior.

mart360 02 January 2011 09:00 AM

Sounds like the OP went out with the intention of getting his leg over :norty:, but

was blown out and the "smooth hellloooo ladies" mate moved in :norty::norty:,

And now there's a bit of sour grapes.

The Op didnt do it, so there's nothing for him to worry about, let them all sort

it out themselves

I say that because wouldn't it be a bit 'difficult' to just shove it into a woman who is asleep - and by implication not properly 'warmed up'?

:lol1:

Best advice of the thread. It's actually none of his business really.

Apart from the obvious voyeuristic appeal of the impending updates the OP shouldn't really get involved.

Girls get pissed - get into regretted trouble or otherwise on their own watch. Let them sort it amongst themselves.

LOL sounds like he is firmly in the 'friend' category unfortunately for him.
