Does your spec c quick rack have the same mounting design as the classic which uses seperate bracket to hold it to subframe or is it the newer style with holes built into the rack ?

I think it's the newer type but ill check tomorrow :)

The mounting type is the earlier 'classic' with a seperate bracket meaning it can be used on a classic or newage before MY05. :)
