(The one corner where it actually worked ;) )

Is that Turn 1 at the Ring?

For drifting i find lifting off the throttle and giving the wheel an agressive turn in helps unsettle the car enough to control it on the throttle. Favourite section is the last sector of Silverstone, now managed to hang the erse out on the 22b all the way from Bridge to the start finish straight in one continous drift action.

You can't post links to the forzamotorsport (they don't work) website you have to download the pictures and then find somewhere to host them.

I'm surprised that red scoob has gone unnoticed by the censors ;)

island991 18 June 2007 09:48 AM

how are people getting these charactures on their cars? you cant seriously tell me they are creating them using layers of vinyl??!! is their a way to download the graphics etc or something?

Neanderthal 18 June 2007 09:52 AM

They really are just layers of vinyl!

JackClark 18 June 2007 10:18 AM

So you think the censors will see or care about this? Don't think anyone spotted it last night.

Whats the SPY thing JC ?

Neanderthal 18 June 2007 11:59 AM

Perhaps SPY is a porn mag? (Obviously I wouldn't know being a good boy ;) )

JackClark 18 June 2007 12:18 PM

SPY OPTIC

My friends are distributors, they give me free glasses, I put Spy stickers everywhere. The logo I've been using is an old one, but I like it.

DJ Dunk 18 June 2007 12:29 PM

Ah, I see (excuse pun).

The following video shows, how a 765-Layered car was built:
YouTube - Forza Motorsport 2 [Paint Job video-make3]

BUT, you have to wait until 2'30" in the video. Then he starts removing (deleting) all the layers he previously put on the car. I couldn't believe it the first time I saw it. Cool sound aswell. ;)

messiah 18 June 2007 08:52 PM

I only wish that when you go on the auction site that there was an option to ignore any car with a Mango / Akira design or one with a Gears Of War logo on it.

Iain Young 19 June 2007 12:07 AM

Ok, I've just started playing around with the vinyl stuff. My first attempt :D

Fantom 19 June 2007 01:22 PM

Not bad, but you'd be better off buying my rallye de portgual 22B replica ;)

Iain Young 19 June 2007 01:27 PM

I've already got one ;) :D

Fantom 19 June 2007 01:37 PM

Eh? One of mine? Or one of someone elses?
I have sold 6 or 7 at auction.

Iain Young 19 June 2007 01:51 PM

Can't remember where I bought it from. It's a fully stickered up 22B though :)
