Hi everyone think its time to all get round to Richie`s for the Barbie, and maybe the first heat of the snail leman powered by alcohol.

Ninnybobs 18 June 2005 04:32 PM

Alcohol is NOT allowed

SUBTYPER 18 June 2005 04:35 PM

Hi Martin just thought it might of eased the taste of them when you started your scutineering

StickyMicky 18 June 2005 05:14 PM

car has been taken away on a trailor for "surgery"
just had a water fight with the 2 jet guns outside

SUBTYPER 18 June 2005 06:11 PM

Hey Mickey bet your glad they werent on hot wax you would be shining LOL

StickyMicky 18 June 2005 06:37 PM

im still damp

the hotwax is not that hot

more like warm wax
the jet guns have a fixed legnth hose, so it was like having an arena, you could only move around so far before there was no slack left

i won when he ran out of slack and i ended up forcing him onto the deck as he fell over pmsl
bit like "sumojetgun wrestling"

StickyMicky 19 June 2005 08:20 AM

STi Paul 19 June 2005 10:35 AM

Barbie was at a mates in Gosforth:D
Steak was superb marinaded in teri yaki sauce, another mate had, for about 8 hours and cooked 'blue'

Also had a load of Costco's finest burgers, Italian sausages, chicken drum sticks, kebabs the full monty:D:D:D

All washed down with numerous bottles of Peroni, a fine beer indeed.

Unfortunately went to bed at 2.30am and had to up at 6 for work, bit of mess:eek:

Ninnybobs 19 June 2005 06:44 PM

SUBTYPER 19 June 2005 08:23 PM

So Jonny you were arsing about in a ford. Get the impreza out mate its what they were made for.

jonny gav 19 June 2005 08:30 PM

i didn't know subaru did a submersible impreza :D

hummmm........went through it twice in the fiesta and now the bloody thing wont start :D

good job i didn't use the scoob isn't it!

SUBTYPER 19 June 2005 08:57 PM

The subaru wouldnt drown in 2ft of water. Subaru build loads of submersible Imprezas and give them to rally drivers. LOL

StickyMicky 20 June 2005 05:36 PM

well the drainage problem that has been plaugeing me on rainy days scince i took over has finnaly been fixed

the entrance road seams to flood and the drains back up towards the wash with sewage

i had previously been in touch with the council about it, and i was fobbed off as the land with the problem is owned by the car supermarket next door

they had been over in the past complaining to me about a blockage as there showroom was filling up with water, i fobbed them off, its there land that floods (they own the land our entrance road is on)

it was kind of a stalemate really, our road floods first, which then spills over onto theres, which has a direct run downhill to there showroom doors

flash floods last nite seamed to have done the trick, came in, half the entrance road is coverd in toilet roll
checked the wash it was all fine, had a quick look att he car supermarket and there entire site is coverd in crap and bog roll

within 30 mins of them coming in @ 9ish there was a metrorod drainage team in there blasting the drains through

blockage was well within there boundreys, northumbria water have spent most of the day jetwashing there site clean to remove the crap, i bet there going nuts pmsl

serves there right, i lost a days work a few months back when i had to have all the tanks cleaned at this end due to there blockage

justice has been done :D

might send a few spy snails over to have a proper look
they should have fixed the problem in the first place instead of fecking about :D

Well My day has been spent sorting this damm machine out. I bought an old snail of a Time Machine and now she is a lean green snailing machine. Juiced up and running windows XP lovely. I also spent three hours this morning waiting for the AA to recover my mams Ford mondeo which decided at 94000 miles the cylinder head gasket was not good enough for the rest of the engine. So it blew it out. Stranded on the A1 by the the bowes incline at 7am phoning the AA. They turned round and said someone would be with me by 8:35. At 8:00 Cf recovery turned up and told me I couldnt park here and needed recovering to a safe location free of charge. I said not to worry I was on the verge off the carriage way and was waiting for the AA. To which the reply came dont worry about it we are AA agents and the AA will be told where we have taken you. At 9am decided to phone the AA find out where the patrol had got to. Was told as nobody had told them the car had been moved they couldnt find the car so closed the job. I then explained all the circumstances to be told well seeing you are in a safe place your recovery will be with you before 11:00. I asked why they hadnt tried contacting me to be told the original call handler had noted the phone number wrong and their was no trace. Wonder why they ask us all those silly questions on the application form.

Anycase car is now dead and now in market for new family size saloon or maybe in the market for a good mechanic that doesnt charge mechanic prices to helkp me change a head gasket on a Mondeo. Would be good for a few beers and a laugh and some experience.

StickyMicky 20 June 2005 08:21 PM

AA ia crap, i will not be renewing

2.5 hours i waited for recovery when the scoob fell over and snuffed it

was supposed to be 1 hour, then it turned out they couldnt get a truck to me so "webster and kidd" were coming to get me and they would be another 45 mins

webster and kidd couldnt make it so CF recovery came
only bonus was the driver was waiting to pick his new classic up so he had sum good banter on the way back with a fellow scooby bloke

i was not impressed with the AA
while i was sitting there in a bustop in cramlington i even saw a roadside AA van drive around the roundabout infront of me and go in another direction

SUBTYPER 20 June 2005 09:03 PM

Hey Mickey bet your car was a great advert to the driver waiting for his new classic LOL.

I dont think its the actual patrols that screw the job up its the woolworth rejects on the Telephones that cant even give you a blank look without dropping a dangly.

The real joke is they are better paid than most of us and cant get a simple phone numebr right or pass a message electronically. (DOH) Employed by the Homer Simpson Employment agency.

StickyMicky 20 June 2005 09:16 PM

he gasped when i told him how much i thought it was going to cost to put right

StickyMicky 21 June 2005 11:17 AM

mooning

looks like the sun is trying to burst through all the greyness over here

i have noticed that my fuel bill is now down to about £10/week now the scooby is away

its like "buy one week and get three weeks free!!"

SUBTYPER 21 June 2005 06:35 PM

well the AA has eventually come up trumps they have given me a free hire car for 24 hours while my Mothers car is off the road. I got a dodgy looking renault Megan. 1.6 it is so safe as Its near on impossible to start as first you got to find the slot to insert the credit card thingy then you got to press either the clutch or the brake then you got to press the start button. Its also got automatic headlights. Which i think work on a clock system as it was pretty light when I was driving home last night and they were on. I Couldnt find out how to turn them off.

StickyMicky 21 June 2005 08:06 PM

has it got the automatic handbrake as well?

we get loads of new renos with auto handbrakes stuck in the wash pmsl
ignition off
handbrake on

:cuckoo:

SUBTYPER 21 June 2005 09:26 PM

So you got to wear diving gear to rescue the car matey when the handbrake gets left on. Will try the handbrake tonight. God help the wrought iron gates if it doesnt.
